The things tradies ask us first.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. Every AI step is optional. Drawings and visualisations tell you roughly how many credits they use
before you generate, and skipping uses none. The Manual Builder lets you enter everything yourself.
Will my customer see my margin?
No. Margin stays internal and is never shown on the customer-facing quote. You choose how much detail the
customer sees — itemised, grouped, a trade breakdown, a summary or a fixed price.
What happens when there's no signal on site?
The mobile app shows the last data saved on your phone and keeps your changes until you're back online,
then syncs them. A banner shows how many changes are waiting. Things that need the internet — sending,
payments, PDFs and AI — tell you so.
Can my staff use it without seeing the money?
Yes. You grant each staff member the features they need. They land on their own dashboard, filtered to
what they can use, while plans, credits and billing stay admin-only.
Does it work for DIY projects too?
Yes. DIY projects get their own builder for materials, tools and costs, supplier RFQs and matching DIY
videos — without customers or customer quotes.
How do I get paid?
Set a payment plan on the quote, turn each stage into an invoice, and send a card payment link by email,
